STAA's 2017 Auction Committee Presents:

STAA's annual dinner and auction is the most fun adults-only night of the school year and one of our main fundraising events.  All funds raised at this event stay right at STAA.

 Send Your Favorite Teacher to the Auction Dinner!

What a great way to say "thank you" to your child's favorite teacher--send her to the auction!  She'll get a great dinner, have a fun adult night out, and have a chance to kick up her heels a bit. 

Tickets are on sale until May 12!

  • $90 per couple
  • $350 per table of eight

Admission must be purchased prior to the event.  No tickets will be sold at the door.  Please note that you will not receive a paper ticket for admission to this year's event (we're all electronic!).

Butler-passed appetizer selections include Crostini de Brie--warm Brie on French baguettes with peppercorn trio and local honey, Croque Monsieur--Petite French ham and gruyere sandwich with Dijon and Cornichon, and Champignons Farcis--Stuffed mushrooms with spinach and Feta.

Choose from three delicious, French and spring-inspired entreé choices:

Steak Frites
Pan roasted hangar steak with red wine shallot sauce, haricot verts, and pommes frites

Coq Au Vin
Coq Au Vin (boneless, skinless chicken breast), haricot verts, and pommes Anna

Butternut Squash Ravioli
Butternut squash ravioli with candied walnuts, fried sage, poached tomatoes, and mushroom brown butter

The auction committee plans and organizes this fun event and meetings are held monthly throughout the school year.  There are many opportunities to volunteer or just lend a hand here and there and every bit of help is appreciated.
