Registration Fee: $100 per student* (nonrefundable, counts toward tuition)

*By law, the registration fee is waived for Choice students, and their place will be held once the registration form and all other required forms (properly completed) have been received by the school.

Qualifying for Parishioner Tuition Rate
School parents receiving tuition at a parishioner rate agree to the following commitments:

  • To faithfully attend Mass each weekend at their registered parish and ensure their children fulfill this commitment too.
  • To support the work of the Church according to their means by making regular financial contributions to their registered parish.
  • To share their time and talent in voluntary service to their parish and school.
  • To participate in fundraising activities.
  • To make tuition payments promptly if participating in Tuition Management Systems.
  • To adhere to the policies as written in this Handbook and to ensure their children do the same.

If these obligations are not met, parents waive the privilege of having their children enrolled at the parishioner rate, and by their action, agree to pay the full non-parishioner rate.

Based on subsidies from the participating parishes, the annual tuition charged per student of parish members is lower than the actual cost to educate each child. Therefore, it is imperative that all parents of school children be active, contributing members of their parish.

Tuition Management Systems (Installment Payments)
Except for Choice participants and families who pay their whole tuition bill by July 1 prior to the school year, all tuition payments are handled through Tuition Management Systems. The financing fee is approximately $35.50 per $1,000 of a family’s tuition loan. This fee can be either paid to the school upon registration, or rolled into your tuition balance and paid over 10 months. Milwaukee Archdiocese Guidelines for Non-Payment
According to Milwaukee Archdiocese Policy 3240, tuition installments are to be paid by the due dates per the Tuition Management Systems program. If parents meet a financial crisis that causes late payment, they are to discuss the problem with the pastor designate. Under Policy 3240, a letter will be sent to non-paying families within five days of failure to meet the payment. No student shall be terminated during the first semester for non-payment of tuition. However, enrollment for that student may be terminated for non-payment during the second semester. Any student dismissed due to non-payment will be allowed to complete all academic work in progress before termination of enrollment. Non-payment of a prior year’s tuition may result in non-admission for the following school year.
