Get to know us

We are an accredited full-day K4 – 8 school staffed by a dedicated faculty with an average of over 20 years of teaching experience. Our school offers your child academic excellence in a base curriculum plus art, music, WIN and physical education. We believe in immersing your child in solid Catholic faith, morals, and values through daily prayer, religion classes, and weekly Mass. The school is supported by six Catholic parishes: St. Augustine, Immaculate Conception, Nativity of the Lord, St. Paul, Sacred Heart of Jesus and St. Veronica.

Saint Thomas Aquinas Academy is a Milwaukee Parental School Choice and Wisconsin Parental Choice participant and we welcome students of all faiths. School hours are from 8:00 AM to 3:15 PM and we offer before and after-school extended care.

We are do-ers!

Not only are we an outstanding school academically, but we also know how to have a good time! School is really so much more than just math and science. We have lots of fun theme days, engaging learning activities, classroom parties, activities that engage our older students with the younger ones, and several events throughout the year that involve our school parents and families.

Some of our fun yearly events include our big Halloween Hoopla/trunk-or-treat, our Holiday Treasures shop, Pi day, Catholic Schools theme week, our Easter egg hunt, seasonal sporting events, end-of-year picnic and field day, and so much more. STAA is a great place for kids—and parents!—to make lifelong friends while participating in exciting social activities.
